WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Chicken Stock Recipe:
-2 stalks celery
-2-3 medium carrots
-1 med sized brown onion
-1 inch of ginger
-handful of fresh parsley
-2-4 cloves of garlic
– Enough filtered water to fill to the top!
– 1 whole organic chicken (I used Blue Goose)
-Spices: Turmeric, cayenne, peppercorns, cumin (to taste)
*Throw everything into a large crock pot and cook on high for 6 hours or for best results low for 10 hours =)
